It is important that you contact us as soon as possible to notify of any potential claim against your policy. Once we understand the nature of your claim we will advise you what information is required and provide you with a claim form for completion. It is important that you fully complete all relevant sections of the claim form along with attaching all relevant additional information (i.e. taxation returns, medical certificates) in order to avoid any delays with the initial assessment of your claim.
