On October 15th, 2007 AFA introduced a new employee reward program called "Experience the SPIRIT of AFA".

The basis of the program is to reward employees on the principles of Service, Performance, Initiative, Respect, Involvement, Training (SPIRIT).

Employees are rewarded with Red Balloon vouchers which they can redeem with an "Experience" of their choosing.
